  We ordered pizza to be delivered to my grandfather's house. After waiting over an hour for it to arrive I called and got to answer. My grandfather (who ordered) called and got no answer so I decided to go down to them and see what was going on. We're only 6 blocks or so away. I get there and ask about the pizza. She said they had tried calling and had delivery issues. The number they had was correct except the area code. They had some random one and didn't try the local one which is his area code. LAZY. The issue was with the address which is in a trailer court, while one lady was talking with me about it another one that worked there knew where it was. They couldn't have worked this out a hour ago without me? The driver still had the pizza and she said they would be back in a minuet and mentioned the total would be less. I thought to myself, it had better be. She then had the gall to ask for full price. The total less the delivery free. I said I am not paying for an hour old pizza. After offering no solutions, I asked for her to remake it. At no point did she offer anything to compensate for their error. I should have just left.
  
  The pizza was finished (still charged me full price) and said nothing. Terrible service. Pizza was fine but I just can't believe the lack of customer service and troubleshooting. The problem could have them solved if the employees would TALK TO EACH OTHER.

  Pizza was good, was hot. Called in and ordered for delivery but the whole time the lady taking my order had an attitude. Probably won't call back again.

  Work in Eaton and found this place. Pizza was great and we'll be taking them up on delivery in the future.
  
  Update: we've used their delivery service a few times now. Easy and quick for a small town pizza parlor. Hard to beat their prices and tastes great. Love the crust, keep it up!!!
